Senior Business Analyst (Workday Implementation)

The HRIS Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enhancing technology solutions within the property industry. Based in Docklands, this temporary role focuses on delivering impactful solutions through HRIS systems analysis and collaboration.

Partner with project leadership to define Workday implementation scope, complexity and delivery requirements.
n
Lead BPMN business process mapping across end-to-end HR processes and value chains.
n
Assess integration, interface and data impacts across the HR technology ecosystem.
n
Facilitate workshops and gather business, functional, technical and data requirements.
n
Translate business requirements into Workday configuration and solution design outcomes.
n
Support testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities throughout implementation.
n
Provide functional support during hypercare and transition knowledge to operational teams.
n

Profile
n
A successful HRIS Senior Business Analyst should have:
n
n
7+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
n
Strong understanding of Workday business processes and functional capabilities.
n
Experience with BPMN business process modelling and process optimisation.
n
Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Experience assessing integrations, interfaces, data quality and data remediation requirements.
n
Demonstrated experience supporting testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
n
