As Tibii continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and help our teams deliver consistent, responsive and high-quality support.

About the Role
n
As Operations Manager, you will be a senior operational leader responsible for bringing together the people, systems and processes that keep Tibii's services running effectively.
n
Reporting to the Group Executive Manager, you will lead our Service Delivery Managers, Service & Quality Lead, Rostering, After-hours and Reception functions.
n
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can see the bigger operational picture while staying close enough to service delivery to identify issues, support teams and make things happen.
n
In This Role, You Will
n
n
Lead Tibii's day-to-day operations across service delivery, rostering, quality and operational support functions
n
Lead and support Service Delivery Managers and other operational teams
n
Oversee workforce resourcing and rostering to support safe and consistent service delivery
n
Strengthen operational processes across incident management, compliance tracking and task management
n
Work with the Service & Quality Lead to respond to quality reviews, audits and operational compliance requirements
n
Monitor participant funding utilisation and operational budgets in partnership with Finance and Service Delivery Managers
n
Coordinate across Operations,



Finance and HR to keep work moving and resolve operational issues
n
Support effective use of operational systems including Effica, Employment Hero and Deputy
n
Ensure operational practices align with NDIS Practice Standards, SCHADS, Fair Work and WHS requirements
n
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising the quality of participant support
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for an experienced operational leader who is comfortable taking accountability, leading people and managing the competing priorities that come with disability service delivery.
n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
Proven operational leadership and people management experience
n
Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability services environment
n
Experience managing service delivery, workforce resourcing and/or rostering functions
n
Knowledge of quality, compliance and incident management requirements
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Confidence working across multiple departments and locations
n
A practical, organised and solutions-focused approach to leadership
n
A genuine commitment to person-centred and human rights-based disability support
n
n
Experience within SIL, complex support or community-based disability services will be highly regarded.
n
