Job Description
Before and after school care and vacation care
n
Location: Kings Langley
n
Part time Educator 25hrs per week
n
Aboutthe role
n
As an Educator, you will play an active, hands‐on role in delivering high‐quality experiences for children and supporting the daily operation of the service. Working as part of a committed team, you will contribute to programming, helpmaintaina safe and engaging environment, and build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community.
n
This role suits someone who enjoys working directly with children, values teamwork, and is confident supporting routines, wellbeing, and learning experiences within a structured and supportive organisation.
n
You willassistwith supervision, programming implementation, compliance tasks, and effective communication with families.You'llalso contribute to creating a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the needs of the children and community.

We are recruitingfor a qualified educator for our service at Kings Langley.
n
For over 25 years, Wesley Out of School Hours Care has been delivering high quality before and after school care in environments where children's safety and wellbeing are non-negotiable. We operate 16 services across Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle regions.
n

Early Childhood and Care qualification or equivalent
n
Minimum one year experience working within a children's service
n
demonstrated ability to be encouraging and passionate about providing children with engaging activities
n
good organisational and time management skills
n
current Employee Working with Children check or willingness to obtain
n
ability to work as part of a team
n
good communication and relational skills with children, staff and families
n
experience in sport coaching
n
demonstrated ability to be creative
n
a working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and 'My Time, Our Place'
n
Willingness to work split shifts as required
n
n

n
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Children's Services Award with generous salary packaging available. Other benefits include discounted private health cover, study assistance and Employee Assistance Program.
