About Capital Haus
n
Capital Haus is a specialist private wealth management firm advising high net worth individuals, families and business owners. We operate in a high-performance, professional environment where precision, accountability and client experience matter.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our Sydney CBD office. This role is ideal for an individual with an existing understanding of finance who is looking to build a long-term career in private wealth, financial advice or investments.
n
The Opportunity
n
This is not a generalist administration role.
n
As a Client Services Officer, you will sit at the core of our advisory and client services function, supporting advisers with the operational and administrative work that underpins high-quality advice and client outcomes. You will gain exposure to financial documentation, advice preparation, tax-related workflows and ongoing client servicing across a diverse client base.
n
The role requires accuracy, discretion and the ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced professional environment.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
On a day-to-day basis, your work will include supporting advisers and the broader team with tasks such as:
n
Assisting with the preparation and administration of client documentation, including advice documents and tax-related materials
n
Supporting transaction processing and matching activity across client accounts
n
Assisting with research and information gathering for advisers
n
Managing and responding to client and internal inbox queries in a professional and timely manner
n
Processing client payment requests and supporting related follow-ups
n
Handling incoming calls from clients, including ongoing advisory clients and tax clients
n
Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post collection,
scanning and secure filing of documents within SharePoint and internal systems
n
Supporting ad-hoc projects, reporting and requests from advisers as required
n
Maintaining accurate, compliant and up-to-date client records across CRM and internal systems
n
About You
n
This role will suit someone who is detail-oriented, commercially aware and naturally professional.
n
You will likely have:
n
A completed finance, commerce, economics or business-related degree
n
A genuine interest in wealth management, financial advice or investments
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a confident phone manner
n
High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of work
n
Confidence working with advisers and dealing directly with clients
n
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
n
Previous experience in financial services, professional services, accounting or corporate environments will be highly regarded.
n
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
n
Ability to work full-time, on-site in our Sydney CBD office
n
What We Offer
n
A genuine entry point into the private wealth and financial advisory industry
n
Exposure to experienced advisers and real client work
n
A professional, high-trust working environment
n
Up-to-date CBD offices
n
Strong team culture with regular company events
n
Competitive salary aligned to capability and potential
n
Clear pathways for progression for high-performing team members
n
Why Capital Haus
n
We are selective about who joins our business because the work we do matters. If you are looking for a role that combines administration with real exposure to advice, tax and client servicing and you want to build a career rather than just hold a job we would like to hear from you.
