About The Role

Attention customer service superstars, Radiology Receptionist job opportunity at Adelaide's newest CBD Hospital. Eastwood Private Hospital located Greenhill Road. This is a full-time (Mon-Fri) position and will also require rotation between our Hutt Street clinic.
n
We are seeking a people person, with bright personality and great multitasking skills to join the team at Fowler Simmons Radiology. The site is brand recent with contemporary workflows and stunning design.
n
Responsibilities Include
n
n
Managing and staying on top of phone enquiries
n
Front reception, greeting and billing patients
n
Managing online bookings
n
Supporting the Hospital in their imaging needs and fostering positive relationships
n
Being the friendly and empathetic face of the site
n
Enter and register bookings for patients / referrers
n
Process paperwork such as invoices, receipts and Medicare claims
n

Fowler Simmons Radiology consists of our MSK speciality centre on Hutt St Adelaide and, now our second site, Eastwood Private Hospital which will provide a comprehensive service.
