We are now seeking a Risk Manager who will provide risk oversight, guidance and ensure risk management practices are effectively embedded and aligned with regulatory requirements.
n
Reporting to the General Manager – Risk & Assurance, this role will play a key role in supporting Greenstone's risk uplift agenda, strengthening and evolving our enterprise-wide risk, assurance and quality assurance frameworks and driving initiatives that contribute to a strong and proactive risk culture across our business.

What you'll bring
n
n
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in risk management, assurance, audit or governance roles within Financial Services
n
Experience in implementing APRA and/or ASIC compliant risk management frameworks
n




Strong understanding of risk management principles and assurance practices
n
Experience in producing reports for the Board and Committee
n
Strong written and oral communication skills
n
Demonstrated ability to influence managers at all levels of the business
n
Autonomously manage tasks and work to a defined set of deliverables with minimal direction
n
A dynamic and quick thinker who can manage workloads and relationships with multiple business stakeholders
n
Ability to implement solutions to developing issues as they arise
n
Relevant risk management qualifications
n
Analytical experience
n
Experience with Life Insurance and General Insurance products
n
