Job Description
Plumpton Medical Centre is seeking for compassionate Registered Nurse on Casual, P/T and/or F/T permanent position. Position vacant is also available to Graduate Nurse and RN 1.

What you'll be doing
n
Assisting and assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
n
Tasks include wound dressings, vaccinations, care plans and health assessments, assisting doctors with minor surgical procedures, stock ordering and recalls and reminders
n
Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
n
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
n
What we're looking for
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess, plan, and implement patient care
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to work effectively in a team
n
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
n
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
n
Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia
n
12 months experience is preferred, but not essential
n
