Great opportunity for an experienced Horse Trainer to join"Blake Ryan Racing" in Clarednon, New South Wales.

Applicants must have strong experience with following duties:
n
Key Requirements are:
n
n
Overseeing daily care and supervision of horses
n
Foaling, including pre and post-natal care of broodmares and foals
n
Assisting Veterinarians with
ultrasound/reproduction
examination including assisting in birthing foals and administering medical treatment to foals
n
Monitoring mare ovulation and pregnancy
n
Training and preparing horses for major sales
n
Handling, exercising and caring for horses
n
Teaching horses to be groomed and accept bridle, head collar, rug etc.
n
Teaching horses to walk, stand and parade correctly
n
Parade and caring for horses at sales
n
Overseeing daily care and supervision of horses
n
Re-educating horses to resolve problems such as biting and kicking
n
n

Qualifications required - RelevantAQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2). At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
