n A leading independent customer strategy and insights consultancy is seeking a commercially minded Senior Consultant (Dualist) to join its Sydney team. This is an opportunity to blend consulting, strategy and research, partnering with clients to uncover customer truths, shape strategic direction and drive meaningful business outcomes.
n
You'll lead projects from problem definition through to strategic recommendations, working across customer strategy, experience design, innovation, brand and behavioural insights. This is a hands‐on role combining client advisory, research leadership and strategic problem‐solving.

About You

5+ years' experience in strategic insights, market research or consulting
n
Strong qualitative and quantitative research expertise
n
Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
n
Excellent analytical, storytelling and presentation skills
n
Workshop facilitation and consulting capability
n
Commercial acumen and a customer‐centric mindset
n
