About the role
n
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to manage the warehouse team and be responsible for the end-to-end logistics, storage, and inventory accuracy.
n
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front and driving team performance.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Management of forklift drivers, yard hands and foodservice pickers within the Warehouse Team.
n
End-to-end management of finished goods within Warehouse Management System.
n
Audit pallet transfer activities of forklift drivers.
n
Forecasting, lead-time management and procurement of packaging and raw ingredients.
n
Oversee Daily Manifest creation and pallet dispatch to customers and 3PL storage.
n
Optimise pallet freezer, storage cool room, ingredient cool room and mezzanine storage capacity
n
Daily operational and admin tasks
n




Development of SOPs
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Proven experience in a warehouse role within food manufacturing.
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
n
In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and WHS requirements.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Hands‐on leader with a proactive approach to culture, safety, and quality.
