This is a hands‐on role working across a variety of boat repair, maintenance and fit‐out projects. We're open to candidates withShipwright / marine experience or transferable skillsfrom industries such as spray painting, automotive repair, fibreglass work, cabinet making or similar trades.

What You'll Do:
n
Fibreglass (FRP) structural and cosmetic repairs
n
2-pack paint preparation and finishing
n
Installation of onboard equipment and accessories
n
Cutting and fitting instruments
n
Interior timber/joinery repairs
n
Through hull fitting installation and replacements
n
Factory & vocational training
n
Enjoy solving problems
n
Pre-delivery of new vessels
n
What We're Looking For:
n
Experience in a hands‐on trade (Shipwright, marine, automotive, spray painting, composites, cabinetry or similar)
n
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
n
Strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively
n
Own tools (Can be negotiated)
n
Current driver's licence and ability to travel between sites
n
Have the right to work in Australia (Sponsorship available for right applicants)
n
Experience working on boats
n
Boat licence
n
