Job Description
As a Forklift Operator within Visy Board, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, paper products, and finished goods across our site located in Carole Park.

A key component of the role is the safe loading and unloading of trailers to support production and distribution requirements. You will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse efficiency while upholding Visy's commitment to safety and operational excellence.
n
Position will start as an ongoing casual Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, successful candidate will need to be flexible with start & finish times depending on business requirements. This position will lead into a fulltime permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts.
n
Load and unload palletised freight & paper reels.
n
Transport raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products throughout the site.
n
Complete quality inspections and inventory-related tasks.
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
n
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to achieve daily operational targets.
n




Comply with all site safety procedures, policies, and operational requirements.
n

What We're Looking For
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Current LF Forklift License
n
Demonstrated experience loading and unloading trailers in a manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial environment.
n
Preferred experience with using forklift grab attachments.
n
Experience operating forklifts within a fast-paced production environment.
n
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively within a team.
n
Flexibility to work across multiple Visy sites as required.
n
Reliable transport and the ability to travel between sites.
n
