About the Role
n
We are seeking experienced Travel Consultants to manage travel arrangements for a dedicated Government portfolio. The role includes end‐to‐end travel booking using Sabre GDS, handling complex fares, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients while meeting service level agreements.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Managing end‐to‐end travel arrangements including international air, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings using Sabre GDS.
n
Handling complex fares, ticket exchanges, Phase IVs, and itinerary changes accurately and efficiently.
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the dedicated portfolio of corporate clients.
n
Meeting designated SLAs while delivering exceptional service standards.
n
Following account‐specific guidelines and company procedures for ticketing and GDS productivity.
n
Collaborating with and supporting fellow team members to ensure seamless client servicing.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
n
High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre.
n




Strong attention to detail when managing complex itineraries.
n
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
n
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
n
Sharp business acumen with a drive for sales and service excellence.
