About the Role
n
As our Spa Coordinator, you'll be the warm, welcoming face of Tokyo Headspa. Your role is essential in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. We're looking for someone with a background in reception within a beauty, spa, or wellness setting—who brings both professionalism, personality and 5 star service.

This is a part time role that will suport our Spa Manager and the team 2 days a week on a Sunday and Monday.
n
Weekend penalty rates apply on Sunday.

Your Day-to-Day:
n
n
Greet guests warmly and guide them through their visit
n
Maintain the serene and polished presentation of the space
n
Offer refreshments and ensure every touchpoint feels premium
n
Manage payments and recommend products aligned with treatments
n
Assist with stock management and product ordering
n
Roster management - create and manage the Therapist team roster
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing reception role, ideally in a salon, spa, or wellness environment
n
Experience managing a roster or a good attention to detail with willingness to learn
n
Impeccable grooming and presentation
n
A calm, organised multitasker with incredible attention to detail
n
Strong customer service instincts and a genuine passion for wellness
n
Availability for occasional evenings or weekends
n
Experience with Zenoti is a bonus (but not essential)
