Days / Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Minder to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the outskirts of Ipswich in Hadleigh, Suffolk.

Key Duties:
n
n
Operating and monitoring filling machine.
n
Machine minding and making basic machine setting adjustments
n
Assisting with machine set-up and changeovers following training
n
Filling products ranging from 3ml to 200ml
n
Carrying out tube production and ensuring products meet quality standards
n
Labelling and packing finished products into boxes
n
Tube testing and quality checks
n
Cleaning down machinery between production runs
n
Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
n
Maintaining excellent housekeeping and following health & safety procedures
n
Attendance at daily update meeting at ****
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Work quickly, methodically and within a team
n
Ability to concentrate whilst doing repetitive tasks and follow instructions
n
A willingness to work flexibly across other departments
n
Awareness of environmental pollution prevention and maintaining a clean working workplace
n
Previous production, manufacturing or machine minding experience - this is essential
n
Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle - this is essential
n
Full training will be given
n
