We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join Versatile Group and play a key role in shaping our People & Experience function.
n
Reporting to the Chief People & Experience Officer, you'll partner closely with leaders, managers and employees across the business, providing commercially focused HR advice while helping create a meaningful, connected and engaging employee experience.
n
This is a hands-on, business-facing HR role where you'll have the opportunity to influence leaders, solve complex people matters and bring our people strategy to life.

About the role
n
Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing trusted HR advice and strategic partnering across the business
n
Managing and advising on employee relations and complex people matters
n
Coaching and supporting leaders and managers
n
Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and the overall employee experience
n
Facilitating career, growth and development conversations
n
Supporting culture, values and recognition initiatives
n
Contributing to learning and people development initiatives
n
Embedding People & Experience frameworks, policies and initiatives
n
Using employee feedback and people data to identify opportunities for improvement
n
Supporting key initiatives across the employee lifecycle
n

About you
n




You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and making a genuine difference.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar HR role
n
Strong employee relations and generalist HR experience
n
Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
n
Strong commercial awareness and sound HR judgement
n
The ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
n
Confidence supporting leaders through complex and sensitive people matters
n
A genuine interest in employee experience, engagement and culture
n
A hands‐on, practical and solutions‐focused approach
n
Solid ownership, accountability and follow‐through
n
The ability to work in a fast‐paced, evolving environment
n
