Job Description
The Hire Co-Ordinator role sits at the heart of our equipment hire operation in Victoria, managing the end-to-end hire process from enquiry through to post-hire follow-up. You'll keep customers happy, coordinate with operations, yard and finance, and drive smooth delivery, return and invoicing.

You'll own the customer experience, advise on equipment selections, manage quotes and contracts, and support business growth with proactive communication and excellent organisational skills.
