A popular bar on Park Street in South Melbourne is looking for energetic and reliable hospitality staff to join their team. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced service, great customer interaction, and working in a friendly, vibrant venue.

You'll be responsible for bar service, floor duties, customer engagement, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Shifts are casual with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
n Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality bar and floor service

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
n
Take orders, deliver food/drinks, and manage customer requests
n
Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies
n
Follow RSA guidelines and venue policies
n
Work collaboratively with the venue team during busy periods
n

Skills & Experience

Previous bar or wait experience preferred
n
Valid RSA certificate (required)
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
n

Pay & Conditions
n
n
$33 per hour (casual rate including loading)
n
Weekly rosters with flexible shift options
n
Immediate start available
n
Paid under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award
n

Location
n
Port Phillip Bay Region, VIC - close to public transport and easy access via tram routes.
