In partnership with SA Water, you'll be part of the Production & Treatment Alliance — a high-performing team keeping metropolitan Adelaide's water and wastewater infrastructure running reliably, every single day. Based at Christies Beach , with operations spanning the Glenelg, and Aldinga waste water treatment plants.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a genuinely hands-on role — out in the field, solving real problems, and keeping critical infrastructure performing at its best. Day to day, you'll be:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution assets
Diagnosing and repairing electrical control systems
Troubleshooting and maintaining PLC systems
Executing maintenance schedules to maximise uptime and reliability
Responding to breakdowns swiftly and implementing lasting fixes
Ensuring work meets Australian Standards and company policies
Keeping accurate, same-day maintenance records
Collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors
Championing safe work practices and a culture of continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
You're an experienced electrical skilled who takes pride in your craft. You'll hit the ground running with:
A current
Class Electrical Licence
Strong hands-on experience with electrical control systems
PLC programming and troubleshooting capability
Sharp communication and organisational skills
Confidence working independently and as part of a close-knit team
A safety-first mindset and high attention to detail
A current, unrestricted driver's licence
HV Switching experience — highly regarded
