Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 2 commercial builder on a major $110M project in Perth's southern suburbs, with approximately six months remaining through to completion.

You will take a key leadership role, overseeing project delivery, subcontractor performance, program, quality, safety and stakeholder management through to handover, reporting to senior management and coordinating with Site Manager and Contracts Administrator.
