Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Coordinator to join a leading LNG operator, supporting the safe, efficient and compliant execution of fabric maintenance activities across offshore operations. Working closely with Perth-based and facility teams, you will play a key role in coordinating maintenance programs, managing work orders and supporting the delivery of maintenance activities in line with operational and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities:
n
n
Support the execution of fabric maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance strategies, standards and operational requirements.
n
Review and assist with the preparation of maintenance documentation, reports and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
n
Review vendor reports and coordinate the resolution of outstanding maintenance activities and defects.
n
Provide technical support and guidance to both Perth-based and offshore operations teams.
n
Monitor maintenance work management activities through SAP and associated maintenance systems.
n
Progress maintenance notifications through to work orders, including resource estimation, work pack development and scheduling support.
n
Coordinate specialist subcontractors to ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely and efficiently.
n
Support material readiness by monitoring inventory requirements and expediting procurement activities where required.
n
Collaborate closely with maintenance planners and schedulers to support schedule development and work execution priorities.
n
Coordinate vendor mobilisation and logistics activities as required.
n
Maintain equipment Bills of Materials (BOMs), maintenance task lists and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
n
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental and operational standards.

What you'll bring:
n
n
Experience in maintenance planning, coordination or execution within Oil & Gas, LNG, mining, resources or heavy industrial environments.
n
Working knowledge of fabric maintenance programs and maintenance management processes.
n
Strong SAP or CMMS experience.
n
Understanding of work order management, maintenance planning, scheduling and execution processes.
n
Experience reviewing technical reports, maintenance documentation and quality records.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and contractors.
n
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
