You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a dynamic portfolio of business units, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent across corporate and specialist disciplines.

This position is with a leading business with operations across Australia and New Zealand, offering the opportunity to own and manage recruitment pipelines and directly contribute to organisational growth!

Your Role:
n
Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and specialist roles across multiple business units
n
Partner with hiring managers through to define selection processes and screening criterias.
n
Sourcing, advertisement management, candidate screening, and shortlisting.
n
Perform pre-employment reference checks and work in partnership with the HR team.
n
Collaborate with internal HR Advisors and Generalists to manage recruitment overflow during peak periods.
n
About You:
n
End-to end recruitment experience
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a consultative approach to advising hiring managers.
n
Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple active talent pipelines.
n
