Key Responsibilities
n
Working closely with business manager to maintain industry guidelines.
n
Managing rosters & daily banking.
n
Marketing & advertising to attract new patient & retain existing.
n
Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner.
n
Schedule appointments and patient billings.
n
Answer and respond to telephone enquires in a courteous and qualified manner.
n
Liaising with doctors, staff and other allied health professionals.
n
Managing internal / external correspondence, administrative daily routine tasks.
