GROUP FUNCTIONS & EVENTS COORDINATOR - FULL TIME

Good Beer Company is looking for a highly organised, proactive and creative Group Functions & Events Coordinator to work across our upmarket Sydney pub portfolio. This is a hands-on hospitality role combining function sales and day-to-day coordination. The role has real ownership but remains practical and close to the venues.

Key responsibilities
n
Manage function enquiries across the Group, prepare proposals, conduct inspections where required, follow up leads, coordinate
deposits/documentation
and drive conversion
n
Lead, manage and organise key calendar events such as Melbourne Cup, Wine Dinners and the like
n
Work closely with venue management so confirmed functions are handed over clearly for operational delivery
n
About you
n
Around 3-5 years' relevant experience across hospitality, functions, events
n




Experience dealing with function clients, following up properly and keeping multiple bookings moving
n
Experience with Now Book It, Function Tracker and Sadie AI desired
n
Organised, responsive and good at getting information out of busy venue teams
n
Experienced in creating sales forms and material
n
Write clearly and have solid attention to detail
n
Enjoy variety, can prioritise quickly and are happy working across multiple venues
n
Hospitality experience is strongly preferred
n
Clear police check and references required
n
The role has real ownership but remains practical and close to the venues. It suits someone who would rather make things happen.
