This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced civil operator / labourer looking for consistent hours and ongoing work with a local council.

About the role:
n
You will be working as part of the Roadside & Drainage team, assisting with civil maintenance & drainage works across the area. The successful applicant will be reliable, physically fit and confident working in a civil environment.
n
Duties:
n
n
Undertake maintenance & repair of kerb and gutters, table drains, pits, culverts, stormwater infrastructure and road shoulders
n
Undertake concrete works, including preparation, formwork, placement, finishing and repairs to kerb, gutter, pits and associated infrastructure
n
Carry out pipe laying,



drainage installation ad repairs, including stormwater pipes, culverts & associated connections
n
Work around live roads and traffic, following traffic management and worksite safety procedures
n
Undertake other reasonable civil maintenance duties consistent with the position and operational requirements
n
n
To be successful you will have:
n
n
Moderate to high civil experience
n
Experience with roadside drainage or similar civil works
n
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
n
White card
n
n
