We are partnering with an established SEQ builder specialising in commercial & education projects to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman. This is a site-based leadership role suited to someone who can confidently run day‐to‐day delivery, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and importantly, has a hands‐on attitude and is willing to roll their sleeves up when required.

The Role

Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily works
n
Manage programme, quality and WHS
n
Coordinate works within live environments + new builds
n
Liaise with PMs, trades and key stakeholders
n
Take a practical, hands‐on approach to getting the job done
n

About You
n
n
Foreman / Site Supervisor experience within commercial construction
n
Trade background, ideally carpentry
n
Queensland Department of Education experience is a major advantage
n
Experience working within live school environments
n
Solid trade coordination and communication skills
n
Willing to roll up sleeves when required
