Your New Role

As a Senior Retail Assistant, you'll be the face of a brand celebrated for its heritage in watchmaking and the first point of contact in store, providing your in depth product knowledge to create a unique shopping experience to customers, Your duties will include:

Welcoming customers in a warm and friendly manner

Providing excellent product knowledge on styles and engineering
n
Promote the brand and product
n
Maintain new and existing customer relationships
n
Contribute to achieving individual and store targets to promote sales

About You

Previous Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, Senior Retail Assistant, Shop Assistant or Client Advisor experience
n
Passion for watches or fine jewellery a plus
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Drive to meet and exceed KPI's
n
