Lifeblood is seeking a Donation Conversation Specialist to support families during highly sensitive conversations and guide consent for organ and tissue donation across Victoria. Based in Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements, you will work with hospitals to increase consent rates and provide ongoing support throughout the donation process.
