About The Role
n
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll play a key role supporting the coordination, planning, and scheduling of daily project activities. This is a great opportunity for someone studying towards or who has recently completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or related discipline) to build hands-on experience across project management, administration, and reporting in a supportive, hands-on team environment. Based at our Penrith office, working in-office (7am-5pm) Monday to Friday working alongside the Project Management team

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Support Project Manager(s) with the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects
n
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and month-end reporting
n
Maintain project documentation, registers, day diaries, and contract administration records
n
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers,
and relevant stakeholders to support project outcomes
n
Prepare and process variations, purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, invoices, and progress claims
n
Contribute to safety, quality, environmental, and compliance requirements, ensuring project documentation remains up to date
n
Provide general project and administrative support across the business while participating in ongoing training and career development
n

Skills and Experiences:
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Current Driver's Licence (Class C)
n
General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
Bachelor in Civil Engineering (completed)
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Solid planning, organising, and problem-solving ability, with confidence reading and interpreting plans
n
Working knowledge of OHS, Quality, and Environmental systems
n
Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Project — experience with IFS software is a plus
n
