Job Description
As a trusted partner to leaders across Avivo, you'll provide practical, commercially balanced advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organizational policy. You'll also:

Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, misconduct and performance management processes.
n
Coach, mentor and develop HR Advisors to build capability and confidence across the team.
n
Support Avivo's change initiatives, workforce planning and strategic people projects.
n
About you:
n
You're an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex people challenges. You're comfortable leading difficult conversations, partnering with senior stakeholders, and supporting the development of others. You'll bring:
n
Significant experience in a senior HR advisory or generalist role.
n
Solid employee and industrial relations expertise.
n
Experience managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
n
Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring or developing HR professionals and people management
n
