KK Admin Pty Ltd is seeking full-time Lead Educators (Child Care Worker ******) to join our team is various locations, including but not limited to: Mackay, Carrara, Byron Bay, Mullumbimby. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

You will be responsible for:
n

Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
n
Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools,



and families.
n
Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
n
n
Do you possess these qualities and qualifications:
n
n
Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent.
n
At least 1year of working experience in a similar role.
n
Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
n
Paid working with children check (blue Card).
n
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
n
Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
n
Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
n
Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
n
An understanding of EYLF.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.
n

Working hours:
n
You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.

The salary on offer is $75,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience) plus superannuation.
