What you'll be doing

Drive sales by building robust customer relationships and delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

Understand customers' needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences to recommend thoughtful, design‐led solutions.

Confidently engage walk‐in customers, handle objections professionally, and convert conversations into sales.
n
Maintain high showroom standards and support day‐to‐day store operations.

What you'll need

A strong hunter‐sales mindset with confidence in customer engagement and closing sales.
n
High EQ, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport naturally.
n
A genuine eye for design, aesthetics, and beautiful spaces.
n




Strong ownership, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow.
n
Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but we care more about personality, customer presence, and commercial instinct than direct furniture experience.

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
