Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. We have a Permanent Part-time position open in our Home and Community support team, providing personal care assistance for our clients across Ipswich and surroundings. As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care – and who will support you every step of the way.

About the role
n
Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.

Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs.
n
Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation).
n
Social connection and companionship.
