We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator (Marketing) to join our team and help showcase our brand, products, people and events through engaging digital content.
n
About the Role
n
As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating fresh, engaging and visually appealing content across our social media and digital marketing channels.
n
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, creating content, telling stories and finding creative ways to connect with customers.
n
You will work closely with the wider team to develop content that reflects the personality of The Blonde Group and helps grow our online presence and customer engagement.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Create engaging photo and video content for social media and digital platforms.
n
Plan and manage a regular content calendar.
n
Film and edit short-form videos, Reels and other social media content.
n
Photograph food, events, products, venues and behind-the-scenes activities.
n
Develop creative ideas and campaigns to promote our catering and events.
n
Manage and maintain social media content across relevant platforms.
n
Write engaging captions and marketing copy.
n
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
n




Work with the team to promote new products, events, campaigns and special offers.
n
Review content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.
n
Maintain a consistent brand image and tone across all digital channels.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and confident, with a genuine interest in content creation and digital marketing.
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
Bachelor Degree in Marketing
n
Experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing (minimum 1 year).
n
Strong photography and videography skills.
n
Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
n
Good knowledge of social media platforms and current digital trends.
n
Strong written and communication skills.
n
A creative eye and attention to detail.
n
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
n
Experience in hospitality, food, events or lifestyle content will be highly regarded.
