About the Role
n
This role focuses on insulation installation, primarily across new build homes, with some work in existing residential properties.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Installing ceiling insulation in new builds and residential homes
n
Working safely and efficiently in roof spaces
n
Loading, unloading and delivering materials
n
Assisting with general labouring duties on-site
n
n
This is a hands-on, physical role, suited to someone who enjoys active work.
n
Working Hours
n
n
Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 3:00pm
n
Friday:
6:30am – 1:30pm
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone with the right mindset and attitude:

Reliable and shows up ready to work
n
Strong work ethic and takes pride in doing a good job
n
Physically fit and comfortable working in roof spaces
n
Current driver's licence (essential)
n
Willing to learn and grow with the business
n
n
Experience in construction or insulation is a bonus, but not essential - full training provided
