About the role
n
We're looking for a hands‐on Property Maintenance Officer to support the upkeep and presentation of our facilities across multiple sites. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs rather than major trade work.
n
You'll work independently across different locations, responding to day‐to‐day maintenance needs and helping ensure our operational environments remain safe and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities
n

General maintenance and minor repairs (handyman‐level tasks)
n
Grounds upkeep including whipper snipping and basic landscaping
n
Regular site inspections to identify hazards or maintenance issues
n
Minor repairs in crew houses and safety houses
n
Escalating plumbing, electrical, or structural issues to licensed trades
n
Supporting external contractors with access and site readiness
n
Maintaining clean, safe,
and well‐presented facilities
n
Working in line with workplace health and safety requirements
n
n
What we're looking for
n

Experience in general maintenance, facilities, landscaping, or similar hands‐on work
n
Practical ability with common tools and basic repairs
n
Ability to work independently across multiple sites
n
Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasksReliable, safety‐focused, and detail‐oriented
n
Driver's licence and ability to travel between sites
n
