As a member of the Prouds team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to sales success in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for:

Exceptional 1‐on‐1 selling skills whilst providing outstanding customer service experiences
n
A proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs
n
Ability to work productively, individually and as part of a team
n
Flexibility with working across our seven‐day store roster
n
n
What you will be doing:
n
n
Creating professional and personalised service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
n
Achieving set sales targets and KPIs
n
Completing in‐house training to stay up to date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures
n
Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
n
