Key responsibilities
n
Provide a secure, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
n
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
Plan and support engaging, play-based learning experiences
n
Contribute to observations, programming and children's individual learning goals
n
Actively supervise children and prioritise their safety, health and wellbeing
n
Support daily routines including meals, rest, toileting and transitions
n
Maintain a clean, organised and stimulating learning environment
n
Follow centre policies, procedures and National Quality Framework requirements
n
Communicate professionally and work collaboratively as part of a team
n
Participate in meetings, professional development and ongoing learning




n
About you
n
Cert III Educator: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards the qualification
n
Diploma Educator: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards the qualification
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
Mandatory Child Protection/Child Safe Training (or willingness to obtain)
n
Demonstrate reliability, initiative, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
n
Supportive team culture
