MatchWorks is looking for an Indigenous Employment Mentor who'
spassionateabouthelping
people achieve their goals and find meaningful work.
n
In this role, you'll build strong relationships with the people you support, taking the time to understand their strengths, goals and what matters most to them. You'll provide practical support and encouragement, helping people overcome challenges and connect with opportunities that can change their future.
n
You don't need Employment Services experience to apply. If you're a great communicator who enjoys helping others and building relationships, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What you'll do
n
As an Indigenous Employment Mentor in our Workforce Australia team, you'll:
n
n
Get to know the people you support and help them work towards employment.
n
Build strong relationships and provide ongoing guidance and encouragement.
n
Help people overcome challenges and connect with useful
services,trainingand
job opportunities.
n
Connect with employers and
communityorganisationsto
create pathways to work.
n
Celebrate successes and supportpeopleevery step of their journey.
n
