Bulbel Property Management is looking for a reliable, professional and experienced Inspections Associate to join our team on a flexible basis.
n
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out and about, has a solid eye for detail and understands the importance of delivering high-quality inspection reports for landlords and tenants.
n
ABOUT THE ROLE
n
n
Routine property inspections.
n
Ingoing condition reports.
n
Outgoing condition reports.
n
Bond inspections.
n
Detailed photographic reporting.
n
Identifying maintenance and compliance issues.
n
Communicating professionally with tenants, owners and trades.
n
Completing inspections using Inspection Express.
n
Providing timely and accurate reports to the property management team.
n
n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
n
To be considered for this position, you must have:
n
n
Current/valid Police Check
n
Valid Australian driver's licence
n
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between properties.
n
iPhone or iPad with iOS compatible with our inspection software.




n
Previous experience using Inspection Express and other inspection apps.
n
Basic property management knowledge — essential.
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Professional presentation and communication skills.
n
Ability to work independently and manage inspection schedules
n
