About the Role
n
As a Casual Group Facilitator in our Relationship Educator Program, you'll deliver therapeutic group sessions in-person and online, supporting individuals and families to strengthen their relationships. You'll facilitate groups in-person at an Aboriginal Alcohol & Drug treatment centre.
n
Sessions run in the day and evenings, with a supervision session beforehand and note-taking afterward, totalling 4 hours per group. You'll work alongside a supportive team and contribute to a safe, engaging, and reflective learning workplace.

Casual contract opportunity
n
Delivery of in-person and online group programs in Bathurst region
n
Sessions are typically held 9am to 1pm and 3.30pm to 8.00pm
n
Availability to facilitate approximately 2-3 groups per school term (Monday to Friday)
n
Salary approx $*****-$***** an hour (depending on skills & experience) + 30% casual loading + 12% super
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Formal qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline
n
Experience facilitating therapeutic or educational groups with adults, children, or families is essential
n
Training in Tuning Into Kids (TIK), Tuning Into Teens (TINT), Parenting After Separation (PAS) and Circle of Security (COS) is desirable
n
A trauma-informed, client-centered approach
n
Strong communication, empathy, and reflective practice skills
n
Valid NSW Class C drivers licence and own comprehensively insured motor vehicle
n
