The Opportunity
n
Due to an internal restructuring and team progression, an opportunity has opened up for a hands-on Estimator (or an experienced Contract Administrator looking to step into Estimating).
n
Working closely with company directors and a Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of the primary hands-on estimating duties while working across modern tools and streamlined tender workflows.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Review initial scopes of work and fill
technical/measurement
gaps prior to subcontractor distribution.
n
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and scope measurements across varied projects.
n




Build and prepare competitive, comprehensive bid strategies and tender packages.
n
Collaborate directly with key leadership through to final bid submission.
n

What We Are Looking For
n
n
Ideal Background: Trade-qualified candidate looking to transition off the tools into an office role, OR an experienced Estimator / Contract Administrator with solid trade/site knowledge.
n
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of labor productivity, trade scopes, and commercial construction methodology.
n
Requirements: Proven background in commercial or residential head contracting with strong site/trade comprehension.
