High Luxury Painting is looking for an experienced, trade-qualified painter to join our growing team.
n
We're looking for someone with at least 10 years' painting experience who not only produces exceptional work themselves, but also has the confidence and experience to lead a team, manage jobs on-site and maintain a high standard of workmanship from start to finish.
n
This is a senior role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well and enjoys being part of a professional team focused on quality.

About the Role
n
You'll be working across a variety of residential and commercial painting projects throughout Hervey Bay and the Fraser Coast.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading and supervising painters and apprentices on-site
n
Organising daily workloads and keeping projects running efficiently
n
Ensuring preparation and finishes meet our quality standards
n
Communicating with management regarding job progress, materials and scheduling
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and qualified worksite
n
Completing all aspects of interior and exterior painting
n
Assisting less experienced team members and providing guidance where required
n
Representing High Luxury Painting professionally when dealing with clients
n
n
About You
n
To be considered, you will need:
n
n




Trade qualification in Painting & Decorating
n
Minimum 10 years' industry experience
n
Previous experience leading or supervising a painting team
n
Strong knowledge of preparation, coatings and application methods
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Ability to confidently run jobs and manage a team on-site
n
Good communication and organisational skills
n
Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
n
Strong work ethic and professional presentation
n
n
Experience with spray application, larger residential projects and commercial painting will be highly regarded.
