Clinical Care Manager / Registered Nurse - Young, NSW

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager / Registered Nurse for a permanent leadership position in Young, NSW, commencing ASAP. In this role you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care within a residential aged care setting, leading and supporting the clinical team to ensure resident-centred outcomes, regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement. This is an excellent chance for a senior RN or existing Clinical Care Manager to step into a rewarding leadership role within a supportive regional community.

Lead and oversee the delivery of clinical care across the facility
n
Supervise, mentor and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and care staff
n
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and legislative requirements
n
Oversee clinical assessments, care planning and documentation
n
Manage clinical governance, incident reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Support AN-ACC funding assessments and documentation accuracy
n
Liaise with residents, families,



GPs and allied health professionals to coordinate care
n
Contribute to staff education, training and clinical upskilling
n

About You:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Demonstrated experience in aged care clinical leadership (Clinical Care Manager, Care Manager or senior RN level)
n
Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and AN-ACC funding
n
Excellent clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills
n
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to mentor and develop clinical teams
n
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Eligible to work in Australia
