About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our award-winning waterfront restaurant while working closely with our leadership team to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during lunch and dinner service.
n
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
n
Recruit, train, mentor and develop team members.
n
Manage staff rosters and labour costs.
n
Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures.
n
Maintain food safety, workplace health and safety, and venue compliance.
n
Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
n
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
n
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any service issues.
n
Drive team performance and create a positive workplace culture.
n

This role goes beyond restaurant management.

Event planning and coordination

Wedding and function sales

Marketing campaigns and promotions

Social media planning and content creation

Building relationships with local businesses and the community
