About the Role
n
As a Yard Person, you will be the backbone of our yard operations, ensuring everything from the workshop to the yard is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Plus, you will occasionally be responsible for delivering and picking up parts and accessories in a safe and productive manner. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and success, making you an essential part of our team.

We welcome applications for this role from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours, with a minimum of 30 hours a week.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Ensuring the workshop, steam bay and yard are kept tidy and maintained
n
Pickup and delivery of truck parts and accessories
n
Perform regular plant and equipment inspections and report maintenance issues or concerns
n
Detailing and washing vehicles as required
n
Assist with nominated project work from time to time
n
A current forklift licence is a requirement for this role
n
Courteous and presentable
n
Knowledge of vehicle assembly is an advantage
n
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
n




Adhere to workplace policies and WHS standards
n
Ability to perform manual tasks indoors and outdoors, including gardening
n
