Job Description
What You'll Do
n
Win current business – identify, pursue and close current customers across the Mental Health & Wellbeing portfolio, meeting an individual revenue target.
n
Hunt and prospect – build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events and referrals; get in front of HR, health & safety and wellbeing leaders.
n
Sell consultatively – understand each organisation's challenges and articulate the value of our tech-enabled, human-centred solutions.
n
Lead pursuits – manage proposals, support tenders (RFPs/RFQs) and pricing, drawing on internal subject-matter experts and clinical teams.
n
Manage your pipeline – maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and reporting.
n
Collaborate – work closely with marketing, clinical, account management and product teams to shape compelling offers and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
n
Represent the brand – be a credible, professional ambassador for Assure and APM in market.
n
Work with the SDR to assist with prospecting – partner with the Sales Development Representative to build and qualify pipeline through coordinated outreach and lead generation activities.
n
Respond to inbound enquiries – engage promptly with inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and converting interest into meetings and proposal
n
What You'll Bring
n
3+ years' proven B2B business development / sales experience, ideally in wellbeing, health, SaaS, EAP, professional services or a related field, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
n
A genuine passion for mental health and wellbeing.
n
Strong hunting and consultative selling skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
n
Experience managing complex sales cycles, tenders and pricing/commercial negotiations.
n
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‐building skills.
n
Self‐motivated, resilient and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
Familiarity with CRM tools and a disciplined, pipeline‐driven approach.
n
Full working rights in Australia; willingness to travel for customer meetings as required.
