Job Description
As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will keep the operation accurate, protected, and efficient. You'll manage stock movement, ensure zero-defect picking, and help maintain the reputation for lightning-fast deliveries.

Key responsibilities
n
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders ranging from single components to large wholesale bulk shipments
n
Receive, unload, verify, and sign off incoming stock
n
Input supplier invoices into the computer system with high attention to detail
n
Keep stock neat, organized, and accessible
n
Manage consignment stock auditing and reordering, and participate in annual stocktakes
n
Sort, strap, and wrap pallets for dispatch
n
Handle daily local deliveries and pickups in the company manual vehicle
n
Keep work areas clean and safe, comply with all WHS requirements
n
Share ideas with the Business Manager to streamline warehouse flow
n
About you
n
Current Forklift License (HRW) and manual Driver's License are essential
n
Able to comfortably handle manual lifting up to 25kg
n
Meticulous attention to detail, strong time-management,



self-motivated, honest, and reliable
n
Practical problem solver
n
Solid computer literacy to input invoices and inventory data
n
Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
Able to work independently and assist team members when needed
n
Product experience with engine consumables (filters, oils, coolants) or prior purchasing/stock control experience is helpful
n
