Mercer is seeking a Case Manager to join the Plan Administration team in Adelaide or Melbourne. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and direct liaison with customers, executors, beneficiaries, solicitors, advisers, insurers and the Trustee for complex estate and life insurance claims.
