Be reasonably sane, medicated is fine, but I would prefer you to have the ability to function as a normal adult at least between 12pm and 5pm - Monday to Friday, and not share the insane garbage on Facebook outside of those hours

Be willing to listen, while you are talking you are not listening. It's my business, I know everything already
n
Be good with people. My clients are very important to me. It would be nice if you could be nice to them
n
Know how to use a telephone more than once per day
n
Have a minor interest in real estate

Sense of humour

Live within 20 minutes drive, walk or crawl of Algester on the Southside of Brisbane

Calling clients both current and potential without swearing at them
